This is Paulie’s corner. Paulie and I became fast friends when we met at a Seattle area piano store in 1982. She was a teacher there and I was the piano tuner for that store.

We quickly found that we both really loved jazz standards. When I got to where I was proficient enough to do recordings at home using computer software, we decided to play some music together. Paulie had a very large extended family and wanted to give her gift of music to them.

Below this post you can play some of her songs. She played the piano parts at my house using a digital piano. I played all of the other instruments.

We had great fun over the years and I do miss her very much. But happily her music and her spirit live on. Thanks Paulie!
